As a group chair for Vistage, KL Martzall president Kirby Martzall is part of a selective global community of executives working with executives. Meeting with executives in groups and individually on a regular basis, helping them to increase their effectiveness and enhance personal life as well as providing an external, objective voice to guide them through business or personal challenges.

In completely confidential executive sessions, members exchange ideas and opinions and give each other the direct, honest feedback they rarely get within their own organizations or from their boards of directors.
