Vistage International, the world's largest CEO membership organization, takes great pride in recognizing its highest performing chairs.

In recognition of those who perform at the highest levels and in celebration of our values of caring, trust, challenge and growth, Vistage International annually presents the Chair Excellence Award to Chairs who have provided exceptional value to their members.

Recipients of the Chair Excellence Award are being honored at this year's Vistage Regional Conference at the Waldorf-Astoria, New York City, in September 2006.

Kirby Martzall serves as the Group Chair for three Vistage Groups — two comprising Owners, CEOs and Presidents; one comprising Key Executives in a range of executive-level positions. Kirby is President of national consulting firm KL Martzall, focused on strategic services and enhancing executive performance, with headquarters in Lancaster, PA.

Since 1957, Vistage International with over 12,500 members has helped chief executives, presidents, business owners and key executives become better leaders, who make better decisions and achieve better results.
