Establishing an organization design to sustain continued growth built on a culture and platform bringing together over 25 community banks and affiliate organizations in 4 states linked with centralized operational/back office centers to streamline and standardize processing and support while focusing each bank on customers and regional markets. Worked with executive team, each bank/affiliate leadership team and a team of technology consultants, external and internal.
Five years later this organization has more than doubled revenues, assets and market coverage. The result is the creation of three divisional systems integrated under one holding company positioned to continue strategy of sustained growth and profitability.
