Bring together the UK and US executive leadership teams for the purpose of establishing a common strategic vision, implementation plan and strategy. Craft the foundation upon which to build a common culture that both the UK and US organizations (people) could believe in, be passionate about being a part of, and actually bring to life. Served as co-consultant with a consultant from the UK. Worked with both executive teams and followed through with the US executive team as lead consultant.

Ten years later, US operations are headquartered in Fort Washington, PA. The company remains UK-owned.
